The All-American Rejects at Resorts World flyer

Couldn’t miss The Rejects while they were in Vegas. Love these dudes so much.

With a VIP early entry pass and a bit of waiting, I was able to get on the barricade for this one. I’m normally allergic to waiting in lines, but this was worth it. So fun to see them up close and this time on Mike’s side of the stage. He’s got such contagious energy.

They had a great set. Glad to hear Kids in the Street, Mona Lisa, and There’s a Place (on uke!) and especially awesome to hear Green Isn’t Yellow, King Kong, and Clothesline live for the first time. It was also their live debut of Staring Back at Me. I appreciate them playing so many songs off the new album.

Also glad to be introduced to The Happy Fits. What a cool band! Love their vibe.
